Longest Run of 20Miles

Being back in a place I once called home, I am surprised and very grateful for the support I receive here. It's crazy - from early morning wake-up calls from friends "Are you at the track yet?!" (jetlag struggles) to "I'll bike next to you and pace you", it was at sunday's long run that I felt a little bit of a running success.

We ran/biked 20 miles, through 3 villages and two loops around the lake. Felt good, felt doable. Legs, especially shin and ankles were okay. 18miles in, I smiled and said to her "If it goes on like this, I think I can achieve anything!" And the best happened the day after - no pain, no soreness - let's do it again!
